1. Services

consultingXYZ provides AI consulting and web development services. Project scope, deliverables, and pricing are agreed upon in a separate proposal document before work begins.

2. Pricing & Payment

Prices quoted through our configurator are indicative estimates. Final pricing is confirmed in the project proposal. Standard payment terms are 40% upfront, 30% at design approval, and 30% at launch.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom code, designs, and assets created for your project are transferred to you. You own 100% of the deliverables. We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

4. Project Timeline

Estimated timelines are provided in the project proposal. Delays caused by late feedback or content delivery may extend the timeline. We will communicate any changes proactively.

5. Revisions

Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as specified in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

6. Post-Launch Support

We include a 2-week post-launch support period for bug fixes at no extra charge. Ongoing support is available through our maintenance packages.

7. Limitation of Liability

consultingXYZ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.
